Making sense
In this land, I walk as a stranger. Every moment is filled with mystery. My mind blinded by amnesia. Yet I have acquired the wisdom of life times. Life unfolds over and over again. As the old is stripped away, the light shines brighter. The swamp I could not avoid... I sank into its mud...almost stuck. Somehow by divine grace a hand appeared form beyond and lift me back onto my feet. Pleasure is a blessing for the now but leaves the yearning for more behind. Why have I forgotten my purpose? What magic is on this road that I forget who I am? From start I need to learn within burns a tiny light, that can turn into a blaze when connected to the eternal source. When all within illuminates, then all makes sense.

I don't know about you, but as for myself, I am stunned by how very easily I can get distracted from this truth.
Beautiful. "From start I need to learn within burns a tiny light, that can turn into
a blaze when connected to the eternal source. When all within
illuminates, then all makes sense." I sometimes forget that there is always a light burning inside. Sometimes it grows so dim, but it is never extinguished.
I have to ditto what DivaJyoti said. Love the poem.

All one needs to do is find one's own personal compass. Then finding your bearings through life should be easy.
@DivaJyoti - Maybe even the distraction is needed for our path for wit eachh distraction comes new insights. d
@songoftheheart - the fllame always burning is truly good news and a reasonn for hope in our darkest hour

@Shining_Garnet - Sometimes words just flow from the heart
@zionlover - very true. I found my compass but I think sometimes I do not read it corrrectly
What would life be for us if we didn't lose our ways from time to time.. Its an opportunity to rekindle the life force within us and find a refreshing connection with the old mighty God.
@The_Eyes_Of_A_Painter - Thank you for your words of wisdom
