10 Leadership reflections
Leadership
Questions
I just read through a presentation of our Human Resources Executive, Dr S Paruk, which is called 10 Leadership reflections. I thought it is worthwhile to summarise the 10 reflections on Xanga.
10 Leadership reflections
1) Who are you? Who are we?
2) How do we stretch our vision?
3) How do we build our resilience?
4) How do we energise people?
5) How do we become the glue that binds people together?
6) How do we harness creativity?
7) How do we build a winning zone?
8) Why choose authentic power?
9) How to embrace wellbeing?
10) Am I making a difference? Am I adding value?
Ten questions I think every person should take time out to reflect upon.

I always had trouble with corporate-think. All the buzz words were annoying and I didn’t like subjugating myself to the corporate mission.
Who am I? Who I am? The toughest questions of all. Sometimes, it’s like I don’t even know myself anymore.
Gonna borrow this survey and answer it on my page later, if you dont mind. Thanks.
Its all in the mind and in the attitude
@LoBornlytesThoughtPalace - It takes some time to get use to corporate think…I myself have to adjust continually.
@RestlessButterfly - That is a tough question…the answer for me started just by learning to observe myself.
@PatentMagician - Your welcome to use the survey…I would love to see your answers.
@The_Eyes_Of_A_Painter - Attitude gives you your altitude…thank you.
These are great questions. Thank you!
